The Tartufo Dolce Nero is an iconic classic of Antica Torroneria:

52% dark chocolate, containing 41% Piedmont IGP hazelnuts (La Tonda Gentile delle Langhe). This world-famous hazelnut variety is one of Piedmont’s greatest prides, and with its silky, rich flavor it perfectly complements the creamy, deep chocolate character. Every bite is a true, pure truffle experience.

In contrast, the Tartufo Bianco is built on the delicate sweetness of white chocolate, which highlights the natural aroma of Piedmont IGP hazelnuts. The hazelnut is present both as a cream and in small pieces, giving the texture a balance of softness and a slight crunch. A harmonious, elegant, and delightful flavor profile.

The truffles are made exclusively from carefully selected ingredients and Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, using artisanal methods. Antica Torroneria Piemontese has been crafting these specialties for five generations: the tradition dates back to 1885, when Giuseppe Sebaste created the first confections. Many of the craftsmen at the manufactory have more than 20 years of professional experience — this knowledge and attention to detail can be felt in every single truffle.
